We don’t have any set age restrictions, but our service caters specifically to dogs with low energy levels, mobility issues and other age or health-related symptoms that prevent them from accessing traditional services (like regular dog walking or day care). If you’re not sure, please send us a message so we can get in touch and chat through any questions you might have.

Our 2-in-1 large trailer has a maximum weight bearing of 45kg and the following recommended sizing:

• Maximum body length (from head to rear) of 90cm

• Maximum standing shoulder height of 61cm

• Inside dimensions are approximately 80cm long, 50cm wide, 55cm high and the mesh screens offer enough give for a medium-sized labrador to lay down

It’s made of premium materials for durability, including a steel frame and sunproof polyester canvas. The front door features a zippered mesh layer with a PVC flap for wet weather, while side mesh windows and rear door ensure excellent ventilation.

Along with built-in anchor points, the Furrari boasts additional safety features including reflectors and a flag for visibility.

Our walking alternatives in the Furrari are half an hour. We allocate extra time on the first appointment to help settle pups in the trailer and ensure they have a positive experience. Follow up bookings are slightly shorter but still factor in a buffer either side to allow for entry and exit without impacting total ride time.

Please bring your pup’s harness or collar with an ID attached so we can secure them in the Furrari. Remember it’s a council requirement that dogs are on a lead at all times on your way to and from an appointment. We also offer treats to provide your pup with a positive experience, so please BYO if they have any dietary requirements.

We’ll also have some poop bags and pads on hand for emergencies.

To ensure the safety and comfort of your pup, we’ll postpone appointments when adverse weather is forecast including severe wind, rain, thunderstorms or high temperatures. We’ll let you know the day before where possible with instructions on how to reschedule. Our Furrari has built in PVC flaps to keep gentle rain out, so if you and your pup don’t mind a little bit of wet weather then neither do we.
