Terms & Conditions

  • All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations as well as flea, worming and tick prevention before commencing any of our services.

  • All dogs must wear a harness or collar with an ID tag attached and be kept on a lead at all times.

  • Owners are responsible for transporting their dog(s) to and from appointments.

  • We endeavour to provide your dog with all possible care but do not accept responsibility for any injuries, losses or illnesses due to unforeseen circumstances or accidents incurred while accessing any of our services.

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling or rescheduling at least 12 hours in advance, you will lose your deposit and may be charged the full amount.

  • If you are late for your allocated appointment start and/or finish time, you may incur a fee or have your booking time cut short.

  • You agree to pay any vet bills that may arise while your dog is accessing any of our services including, but not limited to, equipment malfunction or injuries sustained by another dog.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for dog(s) that are excessively overactive, aggressive, destructive, or display any other type of behaviour deemed unsafe, inappropriate or unsuitable.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue a client’s service immediately for not adhering to our Terms and Conditions.
